Pants: It doesn’t get any more classic than this. For more than 25 years, the 5.11 Tactical pant has been the mark by which all other ‘tactical’ pants have been judged. Introduced in the 60’s as the ultimate rock-climbing pant and adopted by the FBI National Academy as their training pant, the 5.11 pant lived quietly under the umbrella of an outdoor clothier. In 2003, the 5.11 pant served as the launching pad for 5.11 Tactical Series®, and today is the cornerstone of our entire product lineup.

Essentially unchanged in almost 30 years, the 5.11 Tactical Pant has been updated with minor feature enhancements like a relocated front pocket, and Cordura® reinforcements in high-wear areas (especially due to everyday carry of a clip knife or flashlight.)

The 5.11 Tactical pant is triple-stitched and bartacked 48 times to create an incredibly durable, long-wearing pant. Its trademarked features, the 5.11 Tactical strap and slash pocket design are proprietary to the 5.11 brand. The pant is available in an 8.5 ounce 100% cotton canvas and a 7.4 ounce 100% nylon canvas. Both fabrics are comfortable to wear, the cotton becoming softer over time, and the nylon offering quick-drying and better colorfastness. Imported. GSA product available below.

Opaque mesh pockets securely and discretely hold your back-up, while a terrycloth lining absorbs moisture from your skin. The pocket is also lined on the body-side with a moisture barrier.
